1: Does the equipment have a warranty?
 

Yes. Abacus offers a 10-day parts & labor warranty. Shipping costs to Abacus are the customer's responsibility. All sales are final.

2: Is shipping included in the purchase price?
 

No, shipping is not included. Shipping is calculated based on where you are located. Everything is typically shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.

3: How long will it take to get the equipment??
 

The equipment is usually shipped within 48 hours after you place your order. Faster shipping times are available for rush orders. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. Overnight shipping is available at extra cost. Delivery time is dependent on where the equipment is being shipped. Your sales representative can give you approximate shipping times and exact costs.

4: Can I pick up the equipment?
 

Pick up is available at our Boston, MA, Bensalem, PA, Washington DC, Las Vegas, NV or Orlando, FL offices (you will need to set it up with the sales rep). However, we are not set up like a showroom, so what you are actually ordering may be in a different location. You must make an appointment to pick up equipment. If you pick up the equipment you save yourself shipping charges.

5: What is included in the desktop computer pricing?
 

The price quoted for desktop computers includes keyboard, mouse, and power cord. Monitors are sold separately.

6: What software programs come with your desktops/laptops?
 

Please ask your sales rep.

    By law, we cannot install any other software programs on our used computers. For example, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, or any other software program cannot be installed by us, due to copyright laws.

7: What are my payment options??
 

All major credit cards are accepted including: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

All orders must be paid in full before they leave any of our warehouses.
8: Do you give quantity discounts?
 

Yes. The percentage depends on the type of equipment and the quantity purchased. Ask your sales representative for details.

9: Are your prices negotiable?
 

Yes. If you find a lower price, call us or fax us the quote, and we will try to beat it by up to 10%.

No, we do not. We only sell "whole" systems.

No, we do not.
