Warranty and Returns
All sales are final. All items carry a 10-day parts and labor warranty. Returns for DOA product only. All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.

Terms and Conditions
If you purchased this computer with no operating system installed,
Abacus Used Computers will support hardware problems only. If
you are loading your own operating system, you are responsible
for loading the "proper software" that is needed
to operate any peripherals attached to the computer; unless
otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The proper software
includes the operating system and any other software/drivers
needed to operate the computer and its peripherals. Abacus Used
Computers and its affiliates, assume no liability for the
improper loading and or usage of any software other than the
operating system and hardware.
Abacus Used Computers and its affiliates assumes
no liability if you, the customer, knowingly or accidentally
format, partition or delete files from your hard drive, making
your computer inoperable.

Abacus Used Computers will attempt to assist you in fixing your
computer over the phone. If this is unsuccessful, you will
be given an RMA number, and directions on where the product
must be shipped to be repaired. Products returned without
a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box
will be refused. For products to be repaired under warranty,
Abacus Used Computers must be contacted with in 10 days from the
delivery date of the product needing repair. If a system is
sent in to us and it is determined that the user is at fault
for the computer's failure, the customer will be billed for
any shipping costs, labor fees, and any other costs incurred
for the repair.
TERMS OF WARRANTIES. The Thirty-day Parts &
Labor Limited Warranty becomes effective on the date of shipment
from Seller. All warranties are granted to the initial customer
end-user only and are nontransferable. Removal of hardware
from a System and use of such hardware in a different system
or configuration voids all applicable limited warranties.
Any claims under these warranties must be made before the
end of the applicable warranty period. During such period,
if Abacus Used Computers determines that a part or system is defective
in material or workmanship, Abacus Used Computers, at its option,
will provide you with a repaired part or system or replace
any part or system that is covered by the applicable warranty.
In the event Abacus Used Computers provides a repaired or replacement
part, telephonic technical assistance will be provided.
Abacus Used Computers reserves the right to substitute functionally
equivalent new or serviceable reconditioned parts and systems.
Abacus Used Computers' responsibility is limited to repair or
replacement, either of which may be selected by Abacus Used Computers
at its sole discretion. The Thirty-day Replacement Parts Limited
Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and
do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse,
abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power,
usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of
nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation,
or damage determined by Abacus Used Computers to have been caused
by the customer, or repairs made by anyone other than Abacus
Used
Computers, or you with the assistance of Abacus Used Computers
technical support.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Abacus Used Computers or it's
affiliates BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOST PROFITS
OR OTHER SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES,
LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND
WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR
ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER Abacus Used
Computers HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES,
LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONTRACT,
TORT, OR OTHERWISE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT OF MONIES PAID BY YOU TO SELLER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, Abacus Used Computers MAKES NO WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CONFORMITY TO MODELS
OR SAMPLES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction
to jurisdiction. No variation or exceptions in the terms stated
herein can be made. A "full refund" as used above
shall include the purchase price paid by the customer, but
shall not include shipping costs, insurance or, if applicable,
import and export duties, and any other fees and charges imposed
by government or quasi-governmental agencies, all of which
must be paid by you.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS: These
limited warranties are incorporated into and are essential
and material provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
of Seller's parts and systems to you. All disputes arising
out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein
(customer disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the State
of Massachusetts. The customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction
and venue of the State courts of Massachusetts to resolve
any and all customer disputes with Seller and the customer
waives all defenses to such jurisdiction and venue including,
but not limited to, any defense based on inconvenient forum.
In the event the customer and Seller are unable to resolve
any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other
judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in
any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall
be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys'
fees incurred. All Trademarks are property of the registered
