Our warranty is better than most other used computer dealers, because our products are superior. Each of our products undergoes the following
6-Step Refurbishing Process:

1. We start with only top-quality, brand name PC equipment that has been properly maintained.
2. Each individual component is tested by our factory-certified team of PC technicians.
3. Faulty or broken components are replaced. We use only genuine, original manufacturer parts.
4. The unit is then thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned to an "almost like new" condition.
   (Of course, because the equipment is, in fact, used, some minor cosmetic signs of previous use may still be present after refurbishing.)
5. The system is then burned in for 24 hours. When applicable, we utilize special software to test components to the microchip level. All drives and moving parts are rigorously tested.
6. Finally, we add a full, 10-day parts and labor warranty.
